• Body composition analysis and meal photo analysis
• Exercise video library and instructional content

The Service is designed for adults aged 40 and above seeking general fitness improvement.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

The fitness recommendations provided by our AI are for general informational purposes only. Individual results may vary, and we make no guarantees about specific outcomes. You participate in all activities at your own risk.

You agree not to:

• You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service
• Third-party content is subject to respective owners' rights
